ASB 2013 Dividend and Bonus

Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) unitholders will receive a dividend of 7.70 sen per unit for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2013 , slightly lower if compared to 7.75 sen last year.

This year's bonus is also much lower at 1.00 sen per unit. Please refer to the table below for a comparison of dividends and bonuses for the previous years.

According to the Chairman of Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB) Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid, PNB can declare a dividend of 10.54 sen per unit for the current financial year, but they brought forward 2.71 sen per unit to help fund's portfolio to be more competitive in future.
